SOLUDO’S 3 YEARS IN FOCUS: ROYAL FATHERS, ORANYE SPEAK

As count down to Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s three tears in office continues,the traditional ruler of Omasi, Igwe Benjamin Okeji has expressed delight in his purposeful leadership as exemplary.
Igwe Okeji in a press statement in Awka,eulogized the governor for his laudable policies in health, education, security and other vital sectors of the economy. The royal father pressed for enhancement in the welfare of traditional rulers in the state.
On his part,the traditional ruler of Ndi Okpalaeze, Igwe Frederick Okoli described Governor Soludo’s journey so far in governance as a servant leader who has enthroned excellence and remains focused in his administration.
Igwe Okoli lauded his giant foot prints in education, payment of workers salaries, health, and aggressive rehabilitation of roads,among others. The traditional ruler asked that attention be given to the equipment of the secondary school in Ndiokpalaeze,provision of solar powered street lights in his community, and used the forum to endorse the governor’s second tenure in office.
His Ihite counterpart, Igwe Timothy Ifurunwa extolled the governor for the restoration of sanity in the traditional institution through the enthronement of due process and the building of a solar powered community health centre in Ihite. He asked for the fencing of the community secondary school in Ihite.
Other royal fathers; Igwe Bernard Emejuo of Eziagu Orumba South LGA,Igwe Thomas Ogbonnaya of Owerre Ezukala, Igwe Sunday Okafor of Okpuno,Igwe Clifford Okeke of Nawfija,and Igwe Emmanuel Ejiofor of Enugu Otu showered encomiums on the governor for his laudable development strides in three years in office.
In a related development, a community leader of Umuawulu, Chief Chike Oranye (Esq), lauded Governor Soludo’s development strides and for relocating the NYSC permanent orientation camp from Umunya to Umuawulu/Mbaukwu.
The legal expert asked for more government presence in Umuawulu.
