Hon. Shedrack Uwamaka Okafor continues ward tour to attract strong grassroots backing in Onitsha North. The residents of Woliwo Ward 15 openly endorsed his bid for the Anambra State House of Assembly.
During his visit to the ward, Okafor formally declared his intention to represent the people of Onitsha North II Constituency under the platform of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
Addressing party executives, stakeholders, and members of the ward’s solidarity group, he sought their support ahead of the forthcoming elections.
The event quickly turned into a platform for testimonials, as more than ten stakeholders publicly shared their experiences with the aspirant, describing him as dependable, accessible, and compassionate. Many highlighted his longstanding record of assisting individuals and supporting community causes, even without holding public office.
Speakers at the gathering noted that Okafor has remained consistently engaged with the ward over the years, distinguishing him from what they described as “emergency philanthropists” who surface only during election periods.
Participants also commended his reputation for integrity and goodwill, expressing confidence in his ability to represent the constituency effectively if elected.
With growing enthusiasm among supporters, his campaign, branded the “Divine Project 2027,” appears to be gaining traction, as constituents signal readiness to rally behind his ambition.
