NYSC ANNOUNCES MAY 21 PASSING-OUT DATE FOR 2025 BATCH ‘A’ STREAM II CORPS MEMBERS

The National Youth Service Corps has fixed May 21, 2026, as the passing-out date for corps members of the 2025 Batch ‘A’ Stream II.

The disclosure was made in a statement posted on X on May 4 and signed by the NYSC Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu.

According to the statement, activities marking the end of the service year will commence on May 5, 2026. These include Job Advisory and Counselling by the NYSC and other relevant agencies, as well as the signing of final clearance by Zonal Inspectors.

The scheme explained that the passing-out will be held on a modest scale nationwide, with Certificates of National Service issued to qualified corps members at the local government level.

NYSC Director-General, Brigadier General Olakunle Nafiu, congratulated the outgoing corps members and wished them success as they conclude their national service.

He encouraged them to uphold the ideals and principles of the NYSC in their future endeavours and to remain worthy ambassadors of the scheme.
