Residents of Onitsha North Local Government Area of Anambra State can now communicate directly with the mayor’s office through a dedicated telephone line for complaints, enquiries and suggestions.
The contact number, 08136664804, was made available by the Office of the Executive Mayor to strengthen communication between the council administration and residents.
According to a statement from the mayor’s office, the dedicated line is open to all residents who wish to report concerns or seek clarification on matters relating to the local government area.
The statement explained that the initiative was designed to promote transparency, improve public engagement and facilitate timely responses to issues raised by members of the public.
Residents were therefore encouraged to use the contact line to communicate their concerns, make enquiries and offer constructive suggestions to the Mayor’s office.
