Hon. Ifeanyi Ibezi joined the Catholic Youth Organization of Nigeria (CYON), Onitsha Archdiocese, in celebrating their Archdiocesan Youth Day, marked by a vibrant display of faith, unity, and youthful enthusiasm.

The event commenced with a solemn Holy Mass officiated by His Grace, Valerian Maduka Okeke, at the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity, drawing a large congregation of young Catholics from across the archdiocese.
The annual gathering provided a platform for spiritual renewal and engagement, with a strong emphasis on the role of young people in fostering faith-based leadership and community development.

Participants took part in liturgical activities, prayers, and reflections centered on their responsibilities as future leaders of both the Church and society.
Addressing the youths, Hon. Ibezi commended their commitment to the Catholic faith and their active involvement in community life.

He urged them to remain steadfast, disciplined, and focused, noting that their contributions are vital to building a more united and progressive society.
“You are the leaders of tomorrow. Your dedication today will shape the future of our communities and our nation.”

The celebration underscored the importance of youth empowerment within the Church, as CYON continues to nurture moral values, leadership qualities, and a sense of responsibility among young Catholics in Onitsha Archdiocese.
The event concluded on a high note, leaving participants inspired and reaffirmed in their faith and mission.
