Chief Law Mefor the Commissioner designate for the new Ministry of Information and Value Reformation, Anambra State has said that he counts himself lucky to have his name on the reappointment list of Governor Chukwuma Soludo.

He said this while receiving some staff members of the Ministry of Information at his Awka home shortly after the announcement.

He said, “the Solution Movement is ongoing and I count myself lucky to be part of it.

“My reappointment by Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo CFR, for a second term is not merely an endorsement, but a reaffirmation of trust in the work already underway.

“It reflects continuity, consistency, and confidence in a communication approach that prioritizes clarity, credibility, and connection.

“I remain committed to deepening transparent engagement, refining the narrative of governance, and strengthening the bridge between government and the people of Anambra”.

On the nomenclature change of the ministry, Chief Mefor said, “we now have Value Reformation added to our function. I want you to be aware of it, think about it, and I will hold a meeting with the governor to know what he needed in adding that function to the ministry.

“When he communicates that vision and policy; I anticipate a clarity then I will communicate it to us and we will take it up from there.”

He commended the ministry and its team on the jobs performed at the first tenure when he served and described the next levels as ‘a second missionary journey’ where he expects the workers to redouble their efforts.
