The Former Minister of Aviation, Senator Princess Stella Adaeze Oduah has extended felicitations to fathers across Anambra North Senatorial District and beyond on the occasion of this year’s Father’s Day, observed on May 3, 2026.
In a goodwill message, Sen. Oduah commended fathers for their steadfast commitment to family and society, describing them as pillars of strength, guidance, and stability. “Today, we celebrate the remarkable fathers in Anambra North and around the world. We deeply appreciate the love, guidance, and sacrifices you render daily for your families,” she stated.
The former Minister, underscored the critical role of fathers in shaping both the home and the moral and social fabric of the nation. She lauded their resilience and unwavering support, which she noted continue to contribute meaningfully to national development. “You remain a source of strength and inspiration, providing steadfast support to your families and to Nigeria as a whole,” the statement read.
She further recognised father figures who have assumed mentorship and leadership responsibilities, expressing gratitude for their dedication and selfless service. She enjoined fathers to continue to uphold the values of responsibility, integrity, and compassion, stressing that strong family systems are fundamental to building a better society.
