The newly inaugurated Mayor of Aguata Local Government Area, Hon. Kingsley Ezeagu, has received a delegation of youths from Ekwulobia, who paid him a congratulatory visit on October 7, to felicitate with him on his assumption of office and pledge their support for his administration.
The delegation, led by the Ekwulobia Youth President, Mr. Chigozie Anyaora, visited the mayor on his first day in office, describing his emergence as an opportunity to promote development and strengthen cooperation across Aguata Local Government Area.
In his response, Mayor Ezeagu expressed appreciation for the visit, commending the youths for their show of solidarity, goodwill and commitment to the progress of the local government.
He called for sustained collaboration between his administration and the youths, noting that their energy, innovative ideas and active participation would play an important role in advancing development across Aguata.
The mayor reaffirmed his commitment to inclusive leadership, assuring that his administration would encourage young people to participate actively in governance and community development initiatives.
He expressed optimism that unity, cooperation and collective commitment among stakeholders would drive progress and create meaningful opportunities for the people of Aguata Local Government Area.
