The State Hospital Administrator, Dr. Frank Ifeanaeme, has paid an official visit to General Hospital, Ekwulobia, today to evaluate service delivery and acknowledge the dedication of the medical staff.
During the visit, Dr. Ifeanaeme commended the Medical Officer in charge of the hospital, Dr. Okpalanwa Patrick, for his exceptional proficiency, unwavering commitment, and remarkable resilience. He extended his commendations and best wishes as Dr. Okpalanwa prepared to perform a fourth surgical procedure on the same day, describing his conduct as a commendable reflection of the highest standards of professional dedication and medical excellence.
The Administrator also commended the dental unit, including corps members, for their outstanding performance and dedication to duty. He noted that their efforts significantly enhance the quality of healthcare services at the facility.
Dr. Ifeanaeme expressed satisfaction with patient care standards and advised that old beds in the maternity section be replaced with new ones to improve hygiene and overall appearance.
The visit underscored the resilience and professionalism of healthcare workers in delivering effective services despite demanding conditions.
