The Anambra State Government has fixed Sept. 30, for the 2025 and 2026 Written Promotion Examination for Senior Management Officers on Salary Grade Level 13 and above.
The date was contained in a circular dated Aug. 31 and signed by Umeononihu, W.O., on behalf of the Chairman of the Anambra State Civil Service Commission, Awka.
According to the circular, the examination will hold at the Main Auditorium of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka. All Senior Management Officers on Grade Level 13 and above who are due for promotion in the 2025 and 2026 cycles are expected to participate in the exercise.
The commission directed relevant authorities to notify all affected officers within their respective establishments and provide them with the necessary information ahead of the examination.
The promotion examination is part of the established career progression process within the Anambra State Public Service, providing eligible officers with the required assessment for consideration for promotion. Affected officers have therefore been advised to take note of the examination date, venue and time, and make adequate preparations for the exercise.
