A call has been made for residents of Onitsha North and South Federal Constituency to rally behind Hon. Tony Nwora in the quest for what supporters describe as effective and people-oriented representation at the federal level.
In a statement issued by Hon. Henry Chukwunonso, concerns were raised over what he described as years of inadequate representation and neglect of the constituency’s interests at the national stage.
According to the statement, the people of Onitsha North and South have long desired leadership capable of addressing their challenges through purposeful action and visible development.
“The constituency has endured years of silence at the federal level, with the hopes of the people overshadowed by neglect and lack of tangible progress,” the statement read.
Chukwunonso described Nwora as a credible and experienced leader whose vision aligns with the aspirations of the people, noting that his track record and understanding of grassroots challenges distinguish him as a suitable candidate for the constituency.
He added that Nwora’s aspiration represents an opportunity for renewed leadership focused on accountability, infrastructural development, and responsive representation.
Referencing the call by Governor Chukwuma Soludo for voters to make wise electoral choices, Chukwunonso urged constituents not to waste their votes but to support candidates capable of delivering meaningful progress.
“A vote for Hon. Tony Nwora is a vote for development, accountability, and a stronger voice for Onitsha North and South at the federal level,” he stated.
The statement concluded with an appeal to residents and stakeholders across the constituency to unite in support of Nwora’s aspiration, expressing confidence that his leadership would usher in a new era of impactful representation and sustainable development.
