The wife of the Anambra State Governor, Mrs. Nonye Soludo has called for remembrance and prayers for the faithful departed as Christians across the world commemorate the Feast of All Souls.
Mrs. Soludo made the call in a message shared on her social media platforms to mark the annual Christian observance.
She urged the faithful to remember their loved ones who have passed away with love, honour their memories, and cherish the beautiful moments they shared during their lifetime.

According to her, the occasion offers an opportunity to reflect on the lives of departed family members, friends, and loved ones while keeping alive the beautiful memories they left behind.
She also prayed for the peaceful repose of the souls of the departed and asked God to grant comfort and strength to families and individuals mourning their loved ones.
The Feast of All Souls, celebrated annually on November 2, is a day set aside by the Catholic Church to pray for all the faithful departed.
