The Mayor of Njikoka Local Government Area(LGA), Hon. (Dr.) Ikechukwu Okakpu (OKD Jnr.), has congratulated Hon. George Ozoh on his appointment as Vice Chairman (Central) of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) in Anambra State.
In a congratulatory message issued on Oct. 20, Dr. Okakpu described the appointment as well deserved, noting that it reflects confidence in Ozoh’s leadership ability, grassroots appeal and commitment to the growth of the party.
He said Ozoh’s loyalty and dedication to APGA over the years had positioned him for the responsibility, expressing confidence in his capacity to contribute meaningfully to the party’s progress.
The mayor noted that the appointment comes at a crucial time for APGA, expressing optimism that Ozoh would use his new position to promote unity, strengthen the party’s structures in Anambra Central and advance its interests across the state.
Dr. Okakpu wished him a successful and impactful tenure, urging him to justify the confidence reposed in him by working with other party leaders and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to collaborating with relevant stakeholders to strengthen democratic participation, promote good governance and improve development at the grassroots.
