The Nigerian Army has opened its portal for the 91st Regular Recruits Intake (91RRI), and applications are ongoing until May 17, 2026.
To be eligible, you must be a Nigerian citizen by birth, have a valid National Identity Number (NIN) and Bank Verification Number (BVN), and be between 18-22 years old for non-tradesmen/women and 18-26 years old for tradesmen/women. You must also have a minimum of 5 credits in SSCE/WAEC/NECO/GCE, including English and Mathematics, and be medically, physically, and psychologically fit with no criminal record.
The application process is simple. Just visit https://recruitment.army.mil.ng, create an account, fill out the online application form, upload required documents, and print out the application form, guarantor’s form, and declaration form. Then, submit the forms at the designated recruitment center during screening.
