The Commissioner for Information and Value Reformation, Dr. Law Mefor, and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr. Obiageli Uchebo, have to reaffirmed support for the reform vision of the Anambra State Head of Civil Service, Ngozi Anuli Iwouno, Esq., mni.

The duo made the remarks while speaking with journalists shortly after Iwouno’s thanksgiving Mass at the Sacred Heart Catholic Chaplaincy, Ngozika Estate, Awka, on Sunday, July 5.
Dr. Mefor described the thanksgiving as a worthy demonstration of gratitude to God, noting that acknowledging God’s faithfulness attracts divine guidance and direction in leadership.

He expressed confidence that God would continue to strengthen the Head of Service as she leads the State Civil Service toward greater productivity, efficiency, and improved service delivery.
The commissioner encouraged Iwouno to remain steadfast in her faith, trust the workforce, and sustain efforts aimed at building a stronger and more responsive public service.
Describing her as an exemplary public servant, Mefor said Iwouno’s dedication, integrity, and leadership qualities have made her a role model for workers across Anambra State.

Also speaking, the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Health, Dr. Obiageli Uchebo, described the Head of Service as a devoted woman of faith, praising her sincerity, compassion, and unwavering commitment to God’s work.
She expressed confidence in Iwouno’s vision of transforming the State Civil Service into a smart, digitally compliant workforce, while praying for God’s guidance and the successful realization of the reform agenda.
Both officials wished the Head of Service continued wisdom, divine protection, and greater accomplishments as she advances reforms aimed at strengthening Anambra State’s Public Service.
