Members of the executive of the Joint National Association of Persons With Disabilities (JONAPWD), Nnewi chapter, have paid a congratulatory visit to the Deputy Mayor of Nnewi North, Hon. Mrs. Ijeoma Okoli.
The visit took place on 22 October in the office of the Deputy Mayor at the Nnewi North Secretariat.
Speaking during the visit, the Chairman of JONAPWD, Nnewi chapter, Mr. Meshark Odunukwe, presented a congratulatory frame to the Deputy Mayor on behalf of the association in appreciation of her generosity and support to them.
In her response, Hon. Mrs. Ijeoma Okoli expressed happiness over the visit and thanked the association for the honour. She promised to continue supporting the association.
Also present was the HOD Social Welfare and Information, Mrs. J,C, Chidokwe, who encouraged the association and prayed for the progress of the association and the Deputy Mayor for a better life.
