Ogilisi-Igbo, Chief Romanus Ezeonwuka hosted a grand celebration with Muslim residents and visitors at Rojenn Tourist Garden, Oba, marking the end of Ramadan. The event brought together people from diverse backgrounds to promote unity and cultural harmony.
In his message, Chief Ezeonwuka emphasized the importance of peaceful coexistence and mutual respect among different religions and ethnic groups. “Our diversity is our strength. Today, we celebrate not just Eid, but the unity that binds us as one people.”
Guests enjoyed traditional meals, music, and laughter, making it a powerful symbol of unity. The event showcased interfaith harmony, proving love and respect can bridge divides. Residents of Oba remain hopeful for a future built on unity and shared prosperity.
