Hon. Chike Ibegbu, has emphasized the importance of practical governance and implementation-driven leadership in Onitsha North II Constituency, as political activities continue ahead of upcoming elections.
In a statement, Ibegbu noted that effective leadership goes beyond policy proposals, stressing the need to translate ideas into tangible results that address the immediate needs of the people.
