The Wife of the Governor of Anambra State, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, paid a compassionate visit to the Comprehensive Medical Centre, Awkuzu, where she interacted with patients receiving treatment in various wards of the hospital.
During the visit today June 16, Mrs. Soludo moved round the wards, offering words of encouragement, prayers, and support to patients. Her presence brought joy and renewed hope to many patients, putting smiles on their faces as she listened to their concerns and wished them speedy recovery.

The governor’s wife reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to improving healthcare delivery and ensuring the well-being of Ndi Anambra.
She encouraged the patients to remain optimistic and adhere to medical advice for quick recovery.

Mrs. Soludo was accompanied on the visit by the Commissioner for Health, Dr. Afam Obidike, and the Director of Medical Services, Dr. Ugochukwu Chukwuelobelu, who joined her in assessing the welfare of patients and the quality of healthcare services being provided at the facility.
The visit highlighted the administration’s people-oriented approach and its continued dedication to promoting quality healthcare across the state.

Patients and hospital staff expressed gratitude for the visit, describing it as timely, encouraging, and a demonstration of genuine care for the health and welfare of the people.
