Commissioner Ibuzo and others appealed to Ndi Anambra and motorists to temporarily use the Second Niger Bridge and other alternative routes during the reconstruction period.

ARTMA officers are directing traffic through Obosi, Oba, and the Owerri bypass. Traffic signs and diversions have been installed. Ferry services between Onitsha and Delta State remain available.

The officials urged commuters and businesses to cooperate with the temporary arrangements. Government assured that agencies will monitor traffic and provide updates throughout the closure.
