The Chief Medical Director of Comprehensive Medical Center Awkuzu, Dr. Adaobi Odina has congratulated the governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo and his Deputy, Dr Onyekachukwu Ibezim for a successful inauguration into a second tenure, maintaining arguably her confidence that this second term will solidify the already accelerated developmental strides in the state.
Dr. Adaobi expressed this confidence during the monthly house fellowship meeting of CMC Awkuzu today.

The CMD, who maintained her stand on the performance of the governor stated that, “for a truth, all sectors were touched and transformed by the solution administration and I believe this second tenure will bring more accelerated developmental strides”.
Highlighting the numerous achievements of the administration in the health sector to include, the free antenatal care and delivery in all government hospitals, building and refurbishing of hospitals in some neglected rural areas, the set up of oxygen plants at both Amaku Awka and Enugwu-ukwu general hospitals, standardised system of the Anambra health insurance scheme, free distribution of the Nonye Soludo healthy pap for malnourished babies and other life saving interventions in the health sector.
Health workers are now happy working with the implementation of the 100 per cent CONHESS salary structure and enhanced entry point for graduate nurses she added.
