‎The Managing Director of Brost Global Estate Company, Ambassador Stanley Chinedu Uzor, has described land acquisition as a lifetime asset and a key driver of internal revenue generation for the state.
‎

‎Speaking at a one-day summit for realtors and investors held in Nkpor on Friday, May 8, 2026, Amb. Uzor encouraged Nigerians to invest in property, noting that landed assets appreciate in value over time and remain one of the most accessible investments for people across income levels.
‎

‎Amb.Uzor stressed that real estate remains the easiest path to wealth creation for the average person. “Statistically, many of the world’s wealthiest individuals started with real estate. For young investors, the first to third investment should be in landed property. Land banking is a must,” he added.
‎

‎He called on the government to partner with land developers and prioritize road construction in emerging areas to attract residential, commercial, and foreign investments. “When an area is developed, it attracts houses, companies, schools, and investors. This, in turn, boosts the state’s internally generated revenue,” he explained.
‎
‎Amb. Uzor commended Governor Chukwuma Soludo for his infrastructure projects in Anambra State, particularly the construction and reconstruction of roads. He affirmed Brost Global’s readiness to collaborate with the Soludo administration to transform Anambra into a model of economic growth. “We want to join hands with the governor to make Anambra the ‘Taiwan-Dubai’ of Nigeria. Ndi Anambra will love it,” he stated.
