The Bishop on the Niger, Rt. Rev. Owen Chiedozie Nwokolo, has on Oct. 2, urged members of the Onitsha Archdiocese to remain steadfast in their faith and service to God as they begin a new month.
Nwokolo made the call in his new-month message to the faithful, urging christians to serve God with sincerity, commitment and unwavering devotion while remaining grateful for His faithfulness and sustaining grace.
The Bishop encouraged members of the Archdiocese to anchor their hope in the Word of God and trust in His guidance as they face the opportunities and challenges of the new month.

He prayed for God’s peace to fill their hearts and homes, while seeking divine wisdom, favour and direction for them throughout the month.
Nwokolo also prayed that God would grant the faithful and their families abundant grace for fruitfulness, breakthrough and victory in their endeavours.
He expressed confidence that continued devotion to God and reliance on His Word would strengthen the faithful, guide their daily lives and help them remain committed to their christian calling.
The Bishop wished members of the Archdiocese a blessed, peaceful and fruitful new month, praying for God’s continued presence, protection, guidance and blessings upon them and their families.
