The Mayor of Awka South Local Government Area(LGA), Prince Chinedu Okafor, has felicitated the Anambra State Commissioner for Works, Arc. Okey Ezeobi, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a humble, resilient and visionary leader committed to the development of the state.
In a goodwill message issued on July 14, Prince Okafor praised the commissioner’s dedication to public service, noting that his appointment to oversee the Ministry of Works reflects his competence, integrity and commitment to delivering quality infrastructure for Ndi Anambra.
He described Arc. Ezeobi as a leader who has remained focused despite challenges, saying his humility, determination and passion for excellence have earned him the respect of colleagues and the confidence of the people.
According to the mayor, the commissioner’s contributions have supported the ongoing infrastructural transformation of Anambra State under the administration of Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
Prince Okafor prayed for God’s continued guidance, good health, wisdom and strength for the celebrant as he continues to serve the state with dedication and distinction.
“Your commitment to public service and your leadership as commissioner for works continue to inspire confidence, praying that God grants you many more years of impactful service, greater accomplishments and fulfilment,” the mayor said.
He reaffirmed that the people of Awka South celebrate Arc. Ezeobi’s achievements, wishing him a joyous birthday and continued success in his service to Anambra State and humanity.
