An APGA stakeholder, Mr. Ikenna Uyanneh, has expressed confidence that collaboration between Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo and Senator Princess Stella Adaeze Oduah would accelerate development in Anambra North Senatorial District.
Speaking in an interview, Uyanneh said both leaders share a common vision of people-centered governance, economic growth, and grassroots engagement, which he believes could translate into tangible progress for the state.
“Governor Soludo and Senator Oduah have demonstrated commitment to development at different levels of governance. Their experience and focus on results make them well-positioned to drive meaningful change, especially in Anambra North.”
He noted that Soludo’s administration has prioritised economic reforms, infrastructure, and youth development, while Oduah’s record in public service reflects a focus on empowerment programmes, constituency projects, and legislative advocacy.
“Both leaders understand the importance of empowering people. From youth-focused initiatives to support for small businesses, their policies are geared toward creating opportunities and improving livelihoods.”
The stakeholder also highlighted their grassroots engagement, describing both leaders as accessible and responsive to the needs of the people.
“They engage directly with communities and design policies that reflect real challenges on the ground. That connection is critical for effective governance,” he added.
On economic development, Uyanneh said both leaders place emphasis on job creation and investment-driven growth, noting that aligning state and federal efforts could further enhance development outcomes.
“Economic empowerment remains central to their agenda. When you combine state-level reforms with federal representation, the impact can be significant,” he said.
He further pointed to their experience in public service as a major advantage, citing Oduah’s tenure as a minister and senator, and Soludo’s background as a former Central Bank Governor and current state executive.
Uyanneh concluded that a shared vision and coordinated approach between both leaders could strengthen development efforts in Anambra State, particularly in Anambra North.
