The Anambra State Ministry of Commerce has upgraded its Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM) to streamline the resolution of trade and business-related disputes, aiming to ensure that concerns from investors, traders, and the public are handled with greater transparency and efficiency.
Under the new policy, all grievances must be submitted in writing to facilitate official record keeping.
The Ministry has committed to resolving all valid disputes within 21 working days, with formal written communication provided upon resolution.
To oversee the process and ensure timely outcomes, the Ministry has appointed Mrs. Hope Chekwube Amakom as the dedicated Grievance Redress Desk Officer.
Stakeholders seeking to utilize this mechanism can submit complaints via the official online portal at https://grm.anambrastate.gov.ng, or by email at [email protected] and [email protected]. Additionally, the Ministry has established dedicated hotlines for inquiries and submissions at 09161840594, 08033870988, and 09047239753.
This initiative is part of a broader effort by the Anambra State Government to improve public service delivery and maintain a more favorable regulatory environment for commerce and investment across the state.
