According to the circular, all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) are expected to participate actively in the activities, which are designed to promote innovation, teamwork and camaraderie among public servants.
The 2026 Solution Novelty Cup will feature seven-a-side male and female football competitions involving ministries, with preliminary matches scheduled for October 15, 16 and 22.
The grand finale is scheduled for October 30, at Awka City Stadium. It will feature a match between the Office of the Head of Service and Light House, alongside selected winning teams.
The circular also invites public servants to submit original lyrics for the Anambra State Public Service Anthem in either English or Igbo.
