The Catholic Bishop of Aguleri Diocese, Most Rev. Denis Chidi Isizoh, has presented a new bus to the Catholic Youth Organisation of Nigeria (CYON), Catholic Diocese of Aguleri (CADIAG), to strengthen evangelisation and youth apostolate in the diocese.
Bishop Isizoh presented the vehicle to the diocesan youth organisation on Aug. 14 saying it would support their mobility and participation in evangelisation outreaches, excursions, ecclesiastical programmes and other activities that promote the spiritual growth, unity and fellowship of young people.
Speaking at the handover ceremony, Isizoh urged the youths to make good use of the vehicle in serving God, the Church and humanity.

He also prayed for God’s continued protection and guidance for the youths as they use the vehicle in carrying out their apostolic activities.
The CYON executives expressed appreciation to the bishop for the gesture, describing it as a significant boost to the activities and mission of young people in the diocese.
They also commended the Diocesan Youth Chaplain, Rev. Fr. Christopher Edozie, and the CADIAG-CYON executives for their dedication and commitment to the growth and development of the youth apostolate.
