As the Igbos sustain their reflection on their celebration of this year’s World Igbo day hosted by Anambra State at the Dr. Alex Ekwueme Square Awka, the traditional ruler of Uke, Igwe Surveyor Charles Agbala has called on the Igbos to go back to the noble practices they were known for in the past.

Speaking to the press at the occasion, Igwe Agbala listed some of the noble Igbo practices to include, hard work, integrity and tenacity of purpose, doggedness, and brotherliness.

The royal father wants the Igbos to form a united forum in Nigeria and beyond to speak with one voice to press home their demands.

He welcomed the call by the Igbos worldwide for the release of Nnamdi Kalu as a matter of urgent public importance.

Igwe Agbala remains a core supporter of the Prof. Chukwuma Soludo administration.

On his part, the traditional ruler of Aguluzigbo Igwe Rufus Iloduba also called for the unity of the Igbos and to speak with one voice for their survival in Nigeria and beyond.
