General Hospital, Agulu, has recorded another successful medical procedure following a fibroid surgery that was carried out on a patient, who has commended the hospital’s medical team and the Anambra State Government for the quality of care she received.
The surgery, which was successfully performed on July 2 by the hospital’s team of healthcare professionals, demonstrated a high level of expertise, coordination and professionalism throughout the procedure.
Speaking during a follow-up telephone conversation on July 3, the patient expressed gratitude to the medical team, saying that she was recovering well and satisfied with the care provided before, during and after the surgery.
She praised the Anambra State Government for its continued investment in the health sector, noting that the availability of competent healthcare personnel and improved services in public hospitals has strengthened public confidence in the state’s healthcare system.
Before the commencement of the operation, the Anambra State Hospital Administrator visited the facility to monitor preparations and expressed satisfaction with the readiness and coordination of the medical team.
The successful surgery underscores the growing capacity of General Hospital, Agulu, to provide quality surgical care and manage complex medical cases, further reinforcing confidence in public healthcare delivery across Anambra State.
