Stanbic IBTC Bank has commended the Anambra State Ministry of Commerce and Industry for its support in the successful hosting of the Nigeria Business Summit 2026 Regional Tour in Onitsha.
The commendation came during a courtesy and appreciation visit to the Commissioner for Commerce, Mr. Nomso Chukwuma Ebonwu, in Awka, where the bank acknowledged the Ministry’s partnership in delivering the summit.
Mr. Ebonwu lauded Stanbic IBTC for promoting entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and business growth, describing the summit as complementary to Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo’s vision of making Anambra Nigeria’s preferred investment destination.
He reaffirmed the Ministry’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with financial institutions and development partners to enhance enterprise development, improve the ease of doing business, and drive sustainable economic growth across the State.
The Stanbic IBTC delegation expressed appreciation for the Ministry’s cooperation and pledged continued collaboration to advance investment, enterprise development, and economic prosperity in Anambra State.
