Staff and Management of Anambra State Ministry of Lands were full of excitement on Monday, May 18, 2026 as the Commissioner for Lands, Prof. Offornze Dike Amucheazi returned to office after being sworn-in following his reappointment by Governor Chukwuma Soludo.
Addressing the staff shortly after resumtion, Prof. Amucheazi thanked the governor for the confidence reposed in him for granting him another opportunity to serve the state.
He also commended the ministry’s staff members for their support, co-operation, and commitment during the last four years, urging them to remain hardworking, disciplined, and committed to their responsibilities.
The commissioner assured the workers that his administration would continue to focus on providing conducive working environment, noting that improved welfare and office conditions enhance productivity and efficiency within the ministry.
Speaking earlier, the Permanent Secretary of Ministry, Mrs. Nkeiru Mokwe, described Prof. Amucheazi as an impactful and resourceful leader whose leadership has brought transformation and positive reforms to the ministry.
Mrs. Mokwe assured the commissioner of the workers unwavering support and cooperation towards achieving greater success in the ministry.
