ONITSHA NORTH LG MAYOR CONGRATULATES DIG BENJAMIN OKOLO ON PROMOTION

The Mayor of Onitsha North Local Government Area, Hon. Nweze Tony Nwora, has extended warm congratulations to AIG Benjamin Nebeolisa Okolo on his promotion to the rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG).  

In a statement, Hon. Nwora described DIG Okolo as a distinguished and dedicated officer whose integrity and commitment to law enforcement has been exemplary.  

“My brother Ben, this achievement is a testament to your unwavering dedication, exemplary service, and commitment to upholding the law and combating crime in our nation,” he said.  

The mayor expressed confidence in Okolo’s ability to excel in his new role, emphasizing that his leadership would continue to inspire many in the force.  

“As you embark on this significant chapter of your career, please know that our prayers for your continued good health, divine guidance, and protection are with you,” Nwora added.  

He wished DIG Okolo success in his new position, highlighting the crucial role he will play in ensuring national security and public safety.
