The Officer-in-Charge of Okpoko Primary Health Centre 2, Mrs. Obika Clementina, has appealed to the Anambra State Government and well-meaning individuals to support the rehabilitation and equipping of the facility.
Stakeholders used the opportunity to expressed commendation for Governor Chukwuma Soludo, noting that his administration’s developmental interventions across Anambra State have been both substantial and impactful.

They called for urgent attention to Okpoko PHC 2, citing critical deficiencies in essential medical equipment and emergency response capacity. The health centre currently lacks an ambulance for patient referrals and overhead examination lamps required for effective diagnosis and treatment.

Also residents in the area maintained that equipping the health centre will significantly enhance healthcare delivery and help save lives in Okpoko and neighbouring communities.
