The Mayor of Nnewi North Local Government Area, Hon. Echezona Anazodo, has called for stronger partnerships with faith based organisations and other stakeholders to promote development in the area.
Anazodo made the call on Oct. 16 at a leadership conference organised by the Royal Gilgal Evangelism Ministry at Anaedo Hall, Nnewi.
The conference, hosted by Apostle Osita Ikechukwu and his wife, brought together ministers from various denominations for leadership training, spiritual renewal and fellowship.
Represented by Mr Emeka Okafor, the mayor thanked the organisers for the initiative, noting that such engagements could contribute to the moral, spiritual and leadership development of the people.
He commended the ministry for its commitment to raising leaders and said his administration remained open to partnerships with faith based organisations and other stakeholders committed to the development of Nnewi North.
He urged stakeholders to support collaborative efforts to advance development in the local government area.
