MONARCH URGES LAND DEVELOPERS TO EMULATE HONEST BUSINESSMAN

The Chairman of Anambra State Council of Traditional Rulers, Igwe Chidubem Iweka, has called on land developers and real estate businessmen in Anambra State to conduct their businesses with honesty and integrity.

Igwe Iweka made this call during the Ground Breaking Ceremony of Raphmaths Seaview Estate at Amansea-Awka, Anambra State.

He commended Chief Raphael Ojiribe, the chairman of Raphmaths Estates, for his honesty and peace-loving nature, saying he is worthy of emulation.

Igwe Iweka noted that Chief Ojiribe is the only land developer in his area who has not brought land cases to his palace for adjudication.

The traditional ruler advised Igbo people to invest in businesses in their homeland, saying it is better than investing outside.

The Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, also urged Ndigbo to bring their investments home, saying it is the way to go.

Soludo commended Chief Ojiribe for investing in Anambra State and Delta State, saying he is a role model.

The Deputy Governor, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, represented the governor at the event and assured that the government is working to stop land grabbing in the state.

Chief Raphael Ojiribe described the event as a groundbreaking one, saying it is the physical manifestation of visions, beliefs, and sacrifices.

He said Raphmaths Estates aims to build estates that meet foreign standards while remaining accessible to serious investors and families.

Ojiribe said that their goal is to become the most trusted and dominant real estate development brand in the South East.

The event was attended by several dignitaries, including Hon. Peter Aneke and Hon. Gwacham Maureen Chinwe.
