The Anambra State ICT Agency (ICTA) has strengthened efforts to deepen technology adoption across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) with a dedicated administrative training session on SolutionLens for officers of the Ministry of Information and Value Reformation.
The session, held on October 28, at the Agency’s office, brought together three ministry officers namely, Obinna Obiadi, Obiamaka Iwouno and Okechukwu Onwuka, designated to oversee the platform’s administrative operations and support its wider deployment within the Ministry.
Led by a member of ICTA’s technical team, Onyinye Mike-Okoye, the session provided a detailed walkthrough of SolutionLens, guiding the officers through its features, administrative functions and operational processes.
The training focused on equipping the officers with the knowledge required to manage the platform effectively and support its day-to-day use within the Ministry.
Beyond their administrative responsibilities, the officers are expected to transfer the knowledge acquired to other Information Officers who will work with the platform, helping to build internal capacity and promote consistent usage.
The session builds on ICTA’s earlier presentation of the upgraded SolutionLens platform to the Commissioner for Information and Value Reformation and the subsequent training of ministry personnel.
Through this continued engagement, ICTA is strengthening institutional collaboration and supporting the practical integration of digital tools into public service operations.
SolutionLens provides a digital channel for citizens to report concerns, including erosion threats, environmental degradation and illegal refuse dumps, helping to strengthen citizen engagement and feedback.
The Agency remains committed to deepening technology adoption across MDAs and advancing a more responsive, digitally enabled public service in Anambra State.
