GOV. SOLUDO IS A RARE BREED OF LEADER, SAYS COMMISSIONER MEFOR

Anambra State Commissioner, Dr. Law Mefor, has described Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo as a rare and visionary leader, urging residents to rally behind his administration for the continued development of the state.

Speaking during a strategic engagement with the Non-Indigenous Welfare Association in Awka, Dr. Mefor praised Soludo’s leadership style, calling him a peaceful, amiable, and purpose-driven governor whose credibility and track record stand out.

“Now that we have him, let’s make the most of his leadership,” the Commissioner said passionately. “There is simply no comparison between Governor Soludo and his opponents. Don’t be swayed by short-term handouts—choose integrity and competence. We are fortunate to have Soludo.”

Dr. Mefor expressed strong confidence in the ruling party’s prospects ahead of the November 8 elections, predicting victory across all 21 local government areas, 326 wards, and 5,720 polling units in the state. He also emphasized the vital role non-indigenous residents play in the socio-political and economic progress of Anambra.

“We are one people, living in one state, under one government,” he said. “Your continued support for Governor Soludo is an investment in a better future—and one you will not regret.”

Also in attendance were the Awka South Local Government Chairman, Mr. Chinedu Okafor, and the State APGA Woman Leader, both of whom echoed the Commissioner’s sentiments. They encouraged attendees to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) and make informed choices at the polls.

In his closing remarks, the President General of the Non-Indigenous Welfare Association, Mr. Great Ikechukwu Ugwuoke, thanked the dignitaries for their presence and reaffirmed the group’s unwavering support for the Soludo-led administration.

As Anambra gears up for the November 8 elections, the message from stakeholders is clear: Governor Soludo’s leadership is not just effective—it is exceptional, and worthy of collective backing.
