| 2 | SCHEW and JCHEW | Monday, April 8, 2024 | 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
| 3 | Community Health Officers | Tuesday, April 9, 2024 | 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
| 4 | Senior Medical Officers | Wednesday, April 10, 2024 | 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. |
Successful candidates should come along with the following:
i. All their Original Credentials
ii. Valid Practicing license
iii. Two Passport-sized photographs
iv. Original Birth Certificate and
v. A white file jacket with photocopies of all the requested documents enclosed.
