Anambra State Government through the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development has issued a public service announcement admonishing the public to desist from putting up structures within the setbacks of the right of way along public roads across the State.
The Ministry has since commenced the identification and marking of all such illegal structures and shanties within the setbacks of the right of way of all roads within Anambra State as a prelude to their removal.
