The Mayor of Awka South Local Government Area, Prince Chinedu Okafor, has congratulated the Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a visionary leader, mentor, father figure, and statesman whose leadership continues to inspire millions across the state.
In a goodwill message issued through his social media page to mark the Governor’s birthday, Prince Okafor said Prof. Soludo’s unwavering commitment to good governance, people-oriented policies, and sustainable development has continued to redefine leadership in Anambra State while positioning the state for greater economic growth and prosperity.
The mayor noted that through the implementation of the Solution Agenda, Governor Soludo has demonstrated that purposeful leadership, discipline, accountability, and genuine love for the people remain the foundation for building a prosperous, secure, and progressive society where citizens can thrive.
Prince Okafor stated that Governor Soludo’s visionary leadership has inspired a new generation of public office holders to embrace integrity, selfless service, and excellence, adding that the Governor’s achievements continue to attract admiration from within and outside Anambra State.
According to him, serving under Governor Soludo’s administration remains a great honour and privilege, stressing that the governor’s fatherly guidance, wealth of experience, and exemplary leadership continue to motivate local government officials to deliver impactful and people-centred governance at the grassroots.
He reaffirmed the commitment of the Awka South Local Government Administration to supporting the governor’s vision of making Anambra cleaner, healthier, safer, and more economically vibrant through effective service delivery, community development initiatives, and policies that improve the welfare of residents.
Prince Okafor further commended Governor Soludo for his resilience, courage, and unwavering determination in transforming critical sectors of the state’s economy, infrastructure, education, healthcare, security, and environmental management, describing his administration as one driven by innovation and measurable results.
On behalf of his family, members of his administration, and the good people of Awka South Local Government Area, the Mayor prayed that Almighty God would continue to bless Governor Soludo with sound health, divine wisdom, renewed strength, and many more fruitful years of dedicated service to Anambra State.
