The Leader of the Legislative Council, Awka South Local Government Area, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Joy Okonkwo, has joined other well-wishers to celebrate the First Lady of Anambra State, Dr. Mrs. Nonye Soludo, on the occasion of her 56th birthday celebration.
In a felicitation message issued by the Awka South LGA Media Team, Mrs. Okonkwo described Dr. Mrs. Soludo as “an extraordinary amazon of grace, compassion, and purpose” whose life embodies selfless service, humility, and devotion to humanity.
The Legislative Leader commended the First Lady for distinguishing herself beyond the office she occupies, through her warmth, empathy, and maternal benevolence toward the people of Anambra State.
Mrs. Okonkwo particularly praised Dr. Mrs. Soludo’s relentless advocacy for healthy living and holistic family wellness, noting that the campaign has galvanized multitudes across the state to embrace healthier lifestyles.
According to her, the governor’s wife has emerged as “a veritable beacon of hope and inspiration” whose contributions to the social and human capital development of Anambra are worthy of emulation.
“As we commemorate the anniversary of your birth, I extol a woman whose gentle fortitude, noble carriage, and indefatigable commitment to the common good continue to etch an indelible imprint upon the sands of our dear state,” she stated.
The lawmaker further described Dr. Mrs. Soludo’s interventions in health, women empowerment, and community welfare as a reference point for generations to come and a strong complement to the Solution Government’s agenda.
She prayed that Almighty God would grant the First Lady longevity in robust health, abiding wisdom, divine covering, and unceasing joy.
“May He fortify your hands, prosper the works of your hands, and crown your noble aspirations with resounding success as you remain steadfast in your service to humanity,” Mrs. Okonkwo added.
She wished Dr. Mrs. Soludo greater milestones, profound impact, and the fullness of God’s blessings in the new chapter of her life.
