Engr. Ikechukwu Ifediora Obinwa, Chief Executive Officer(CEO)Auziio Consult has proposed a strategic partnership with the Anambra State Government to advance artificial intelligence adoption, workforce development, and digital governance, anchored on the deployment of the Xenese platform.
Engr. Obinwa made the proposal during his digital presentation when he visited Ministry of Industry at the Permanent Secretary’s office, Jerome Udoji Secretariat Awka.

He said the initiative aims to combine AI infrastructure and human capacity building to accelerate the state’s digital transformation agenda.
Xenese, a real-time AI infrastructure system designed to process data across cloud, edge, and enterprise environments, enabling instant, explainable, and auditable decision-making. Through its Oba Virtual Infrastructure framework, the platform is expected to support government functions such as revenue monitoring, policy simulation, and cross-agency data integration.

Engr.Obinwa said the partnership will focus heavily on AI training and skills development, targeting students, graduates, and civil servants to ensure the state develops a workforce capable of operating and sustaining advanced digital systems.
He added that the collaboration is expected to enhance governance efficiency, improve financial transparency, and position Anambra as a leading hub for AI-driven public sector innovation in Nigeria.
“The proposal reflects a growing shift toward integrating advanced AI infrastructure like Xenese with structured workforce development to power next-generation digital governance,” he said.
