APGA NATIONAL CHAIRMAN SLY EZEOKENWA CELEBRATES FORMER PARTY LEADER ON 70TH BIRTHDAY, HAILS LEGACY OF SERVICE

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Barr. Sly Ezeokenwa, has paid glowing tribute to a former National Chairman of the party on the occasion of his 70th birthday, describing him as a quintessential leader whose life has been defined by selfless service, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the growth of APGA.

In a heartfelt goodwill message released to mark the milestone, Ezeokenwa joined the celebrant’s family, friends, and associates in thanking God for what he described as a life of remarkable impact and dedicated service.

The APGA National Chairman noted that the former party leader’s 70th birthday represents more than a celebration of age, it is a recognition of a lifetime devoted to leadership, conviction, and the advancement of the people.

He acknowledged that the celebrant’s immense contributions to APGA and Nigeria’s political landscape remain worthy of appreciation, adding that his legacy continues to inspire party members and political leaders across the country.

Reflecting on their relationship, Ezeokenwa said he had come to admire not only the former chairman’s leadership qualities but also his wisdom, calm disposition, and the dignity with which he discharged his responsibilities while serving as National Chairman of APGA. He stressed that those virtues earned the elder statesman widespread respect beyond political affiliations and left an enduring impression on those privileged to work closely with him.

Offering prayers for the celebrant, Ezeokenwa asked God to grant him continued good health, renewed strength, peace, and many more years of fulfilment,  expressing hope that future generations would continue to benefit from the values and foundations he helped establish.

“Happy 70th Birthday, Ozonkpu. Thank you for your service, your example, and the values you continue to represent. May God keep you, bless you abundantly, and make your years ahead even more rewarding than those behind,” the APGA National Chairman stated.

He concluded by congratulating the elder statesman on attaining the landmark age of 70, describing the occasion as a fitting celebration of an exemplary life dedicated to leadership and service.
