The Anambra State Police Command has kicked off the physical and credential screening exercise for aspiring police recruits, with a team of officials from the Police High Command, Police Service Commission, and other stakeholders overseeing the process at the State Police Headquarters in Awka.
The screening, which runs from March 9 to April 18, 2026, is for candidates who applied for recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force. Shortlisted candidates are required to appear on their scheduled dates with all necessary documents, including original copies of their credentials.
The Anambra State Police Command has urged candidates to remain orderly and cooperate with officials throughout the exercise, emphasizing that the process is free and no fees are attached.
