The Anambra State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Afam Ben Obidike, has congratulated the First Lady of Anambra State, Dr. Mrs. Nonye Soludo, on her 56th birthday, describing her as a leading voice in promoting healthy living and community wellness.
In a goodwill message issued on behalf of the Anambra State Ministry of Health on July 30, Dr. Obidike joined millions of Ndi Anambra to celebrate “Mama Anambra” for her dedication to public health and family values.
He commended the First Lady for her passion in advancing proper nutrition, environmental cleanliness, and family wellness through her Healthy Living Initiative. According to him, the campaign has inspired individuals and communities across the state to adopt healthier lifestyles.
“Through your advocacy and exemplary leadership, you have encouraged healthier lifestyles and strengthened the collective drive toward building a healthier and more prosperous Anambra,” the Commissioner stated.
Dr. Obidike noted that Dr. Mrs. Soludo’s efforts have complemented the Solution Government’s health agenda by raising awareness on preventive healthcare and encouraging citizens to take ownership of their well-being.
He described her as a source of inspiration whose work has brought hope and positive transformation to families, women, children, and vulnerable groups across Anambra.
“As you celebrate another remarkable year, I pray that Almighty God grants you excellent health, renewed strength, wisdom, and abundant grace to continue your impactful service to humanity,” he prayed.
The commissioner added that the Ministry of Health remains committed to partnering with the First Lady’s office to expand access to health education, screening, and wellness programs in communities across the state.
He further wished her many more years of good health, joy, fulfillment, and divine blessings.
“Happy 56th Birthday, Your Excellency. May your life continue to be a source of hope, inspiration, and positive transformation for generations to come,” Dr. Obidike concluded.
