CEO Golden Tulip says Anambra safest state

Agulu, June 4, 2018 (MOI) Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Golden Tulip West Africa, Mr Amaechi Ndilie says Anambra State today is the safest state in the country.
Mr Ndilie said this while speaking with newsmen at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Agulu.
He noted that Gov. Willie Obiano of Anambra has made security a fundamental priority for progress in the state, which attracted many investors into the state.
``This wasn’t so, a few years back, when there were lots of kidnapping and robbery. The current administration has done a lot in ensuring that the security situation in the state is the best.
``The sense of security makes people to come into the state because they know that their safety is guaranteed.
``The state has no equal as it is the leading state in terms of safety,’’ Ndilie said.
He, however, added that the Aerial security, which Gov. Obiano fashioned out in the Police Force, has helped to cushion improve on their surveillance.
Ndilie urged the governor to remain focused and continue to beef up the quality of security to take the state to greater heights.
``When a state is secure, you will
see improvements in the economy of such a state. So we must continue to focus
on security,” Ndilie said. (MOI)
