REFLECT ON THE TIMELESS VIRTUES OF SACRIFICE, LOVE AND SELFLESS SERVICES – ANAOCHA MAYOR

The Mayor of Anaocha LGA, Hon. Rome Ibekwe has called on the people of the council area to reflect on the timeless virtues of sacrifice, love and selfless services as seen in the life of our Lord Jesus Christ.
He said this in his Good Friday good will message to the people.
Hon. Ibekwe said that Good Friday is a solemn reminder of the ultimate sacrifice Christ made for the redemption of mankind.
He enjoined the people to take advantage of the sacred season to renew their commitment of peace, unity, compassion and mutual understanding as a people.
“Imbibe the enduring lessons of humility, forgiveness and resilience. Pray for continued peace, security and the development of Anaocha, Anambra State and Nigeria at large,” Hon. Ibekwe said.
He pledged his commitment to people oriented governance that is anchored on service, accountability and the common good of man as he wished all Christians a solemn and Good Friday.
