FATHER’S DAY 2026: HON. EDITH NKEIRU NDIVE SALUTES FATHERS FOR THEIR SACRIFICES AND LEADERSHIP

The Mayor of Anambra West Local Government Area, Hon. Mrs. Edith Nkeiru Ndive, has extended warm congratulations to fathers on the occasion of Father’s Day 2026.
In a goodwill message released through her media office on June 21, the Mayor commended fathers for their sacrifices, leadership and unwavering commitment to building strong families and responsible communities.
She described fathers as pillars of society, noting that their guidance, wisdom and dedication remain essential to the moral upbringing of children and the overall development of society.
Hon. Ndive stated that Father’s Day provides an opportunity to recognize and appreciate fathers for their invaluable contributions to family stability and societal progress.
According to her, fathers play a vital role in instilling discipline, integrity, resilience and a strong sense of responsibility in younger generations.
The mayor urged fathers across Anambra West to continue to provide positive leadership, promoting peace, unity and sustainable development within their communities.
She called on families and society at large to celebrate and support fathers for their selfless service, enduring commitment to humanity.
Hon. Ndive prayed for God’s blessings, wisdom, strength and good health upon all fathers as they continue to fulfill their noble responsibilities.
She wished fathers in Anambra West and beyond a joyful, memorable and fulfilling Father’s Day celebration.
