ANAMBRA FORMER COMMISSIONER, CHIEF UMEH COMMENDS GOVERNOR SOLUDO ON ANAMGIS INITIATIVE

A former Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism in Anambra State, Chief Maja Umeh, has expressed great satisfaction with the current level of positive transformation in land administration in the State.
The former Commissioner particularly commended the Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, for initiating the Anambra State Geographic Information Systems – ANAMGIS, aimed at digitizing every aspect of land administration in the State, thereby allowing everyone the opportunity to access land information in the state from anywhere in the world.
Chief Umeh further applauded the Anambra State Commissioner for Lands, Prof Offornze Amucheazi (SAN) for driving Mr Governor’s vision of effective and efficient land administration in the State.
The former Commissioner gave the commendation while speaking to the press during a visit to the Ministry of Lands’ office, Awka.
